Refund Eligibility and Process
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, which will be issued to the original form of payment. This includes purchases made using split payment methods such as Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, and similar services.
Orders cancelled after the 24-hour window are not eligible for a refund. All sales are considered final beyond this period.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution may take up to 14 business days to reflect the credit in your account. If we are unable to return the funds to your original payment method, a refund check will be mailed within 30 days, minus a $10 processing and postage fee. Refunds must be requested online via a support ticket. This information will also be provided in your order confirmation email after successful checkout.

Pre-Order Policy
At Sunset@Vine, we offer exclusive access to upcoming styles through our pre-order service—giving you the chance to reserve high-demand items before they’re officially in stock.
- What Is a Pre-Order A pre-order is an advance purchase of an item not yet available for immediate shipment, but scheduled to arrive soon.
- Estimated Arrival Pre-order items generally ship on or before the availability date. We’ll notify you of any changes to the expected arrival as soon as possible.
- Manufacturer Delays In rare cases, delays or stock limitations from the manufacturer may prevent us from fulfilling your pre-order. If this occurs, we will process a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy found in our Terms of Sale.
- Mixed Orders If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will ship the available items immediately. The pre-order item will ship separately once it’s in stock.
- Cancellation Policy Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Backorder Policy
At Sunset@Vine, we strive to maintain the availability of all items featured in our online store. However, occasionally, high demand may lead to certain products being temporarily out of stock.
- Backordered Items: Products listed as “backorder” are typically expected to be restocked within 14 business days.
- Order Fulfillment: Once replenished, your order will be processed and shipped promptly.
- Manufacturer Limitations: In rare cases, a manufacturer may run out of inventory and be unable to fulfill the restock within the expected time frame.
- Refunds: If this occurs, your order will be automatically refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy, as outlined in our Terms of Sale.

Gift Card Policy
Effective Date: 08/04/2025
This Gift Card Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase, use, and management of gift cards issued by Sunset@Vine, LLC, including Sunset@Vine Express and Swim Republic. This Policy applies to both physical and virtual (digital) gift cards. By purchasing or using a gift card, the purchaser and/or recipient agrees to abide by this Policy and all applicable store terms and conditions.
1. Redemption & Restrictions
- Gift cards are valid exclusively for purchases made through our official websites and cannot be used in-store or at pop-up events.
- All gift cards require a minimum purchase of $25.00 per transaction.
- Gift cards cannot be combined with coupons, discounts, or promotional offers.
- Gift cards may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash, including through gift card resale marketplaces.
- Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser or designated recipient.
- All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
- Gift cards are sold as-is, with no warranty for reissue or replacement once issued.
2. Expiration & Balance Refund
- All gift cards are valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of issuance, in accordance with New Mexico state law (N.M. Stat. § 57-12-26) and the federal Credit CARD Act of 2009 (15 U.S.C. §1693l-1).
- If a gift card’s balance reaches $5.00 or less, a refund check for the remaining balance will automatically be issued to the address on file within thirty (30) business days.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to track expiration dates and gift card balances. Sunset@Vine does not send expiration reminders.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards
- Gift card codes should be treated like cash. Sunset@Vine, LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or misused gift card codes or physical cards.
- If a card is lost, contact us with your order number and the email used at purchase. If the card has not been redeemed and we can verify the transaction, a replacement may be issued at our sole discretion.
- Cards that have already been redeemed or cannot be verified will not be reissued under any circumstances.
4. Fraud, Abuse & Policy Violations
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or place a hold on any gift card or related order—with no refund—if it is suspected of:
- Fraud
- Unauthorized use
- Abuse of store policies or promotions
- Any violation of our gift card or store terms may result in the termination of the gift card and forfeiture of any remaining funds without compensation.
- Customers may dispute a cancellation or fraud-related hold within 30 days of notification. Claims not submitted within 30 days will be considered valid and final.
5. Chargebacks and Enforcement
- Any attempt to obtain a refund through an invalid chargeback—including for gift cards that are non-refundable by policy—or chargebacks initiated as a means to avoid consequences of fraud, theft, or policy violations, shall be considered attempted theft.
- Sunset@Vine, LLC will provide all supporting evidence to our chargeback resolution partner, Chargeflow, and will pursue all legal remedies available, including:
- Civil recovery for damages
- Legal fees
- Reporting of fraudulent behavior to relevant authorities
6. Applicable Law & Hold Harmless
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By purchasing or using a Sunset@Vine gift card, you agree to hold harmless Sunset@Vine, LLC, Sunset@Vine Express, and Swim Republic, including all affiliated entities, employees, and agents, from any claims or liabilities related to:
- Lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes
- Expired gift cards
- Inability to redeem due to policy violations
- Unauthorized use or third-party fraud

Store Credit Policy
Effective Date: 08/04/2025
This Store Credit Policy (“Policy”) governs the issuance, use, and limitations of store credit provided by Sunset@Vine, LLC (“Sunset@Vine”). By accepting or using store credit, the recipient (“Holder”) agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. General Terms
- Store credit is issued solely at the discretion of Sunset@Vine and may be granted for returned items, customer accommodations, or promotional purposes.
- Store credit holds no monetary or cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Store credit is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be gifted or sold to another person.
- The Holder may, however, use their store credit to make a purchase for another person.
2. Expiration
- All store credit expires 60 calendar days from the date of issuance if not used in full.
- Expired store credit cannot be reinstated or extended, and Sunset@Vine is not obligated to notify users prior to expiration.
3. Where Store Credit Can Be Used
- Store credit may only be redeemed at Sunset@Vine (www.sunsetatvine.com).
- Store credit is not valid for use at:
- Sunset@Vine Express
- Swim Republic
- Any physical pop-up shop or third-party retail channel
4. Revocation & Cancellation
- Sunset@Vine reserves the right to revoke, cancel, or terminate any store credit at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
- Store credit may be revoked if associated with:
- Suspected or confirmed fraud
- Theft or deceptive practices
- Violation of store policies or abuse of return/exchange systems
- There is no dispute or appeal process for revoked or expired store credit.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Sunset@Vine makes no warranty and accepts no liability for:
- Lost, deleted, or inaccessible store credit
- Failure to use store credit before expiration
- Revocation due to system errors, account misuse, or policy enforcement
- Store credit is issued “as-is” and is offered as a courtesy, not a guaranteed entitlement.
6. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement
- Any attempt to:
- Sell, trade, or transfer store credit, or
- Misuse it in a way that violates store policy
may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and/or legal enforcement.
- Store credit misuse may be reported to fraud monitoring systems and payment processors as appropriate.

Beyond the initial 24-hour cancellation window, all sales are final. No exchanges or returns are accepted. We highly recommend reviewing your order carefully, including your measurements based on our sizing chart, prior to checkout.
We take fraudulent and unauthorized chargebacks seriously and actively work to prevent them in order to protect our business and customers. If you believe a transaction was made in error, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
All sales are considered final outside of our 24-hour cancellation window. Therefore, initiating a chargeback after this period—especially for valid and fulfilled orders—will be considered a violation of our store policy.
We partner with Chargeflow®, an automated chargeback management platform that streamlines the dispute process and leverages advanced, data-driven tools to resolve chargebacks efficiently and fairly. Upon receiving a chargeback, we will respond using Chargeflow with comprehensive supporting documentation, including order records, shipment tracking, customer communications, and store policies.
In cases of unauthorized chargebacks, we reserve the right to pursue legal and financial remedies to recover costs incurred, including time spent managing the dispute and fees associated with the chargeback process. These measures may include collection efforts, legal proceedings, and reporting of fraudulent activity where applicable.
Customers who file unauthorized chargebacks may also face restrictions on future purchases or account suspension.
If you believe you received a damaged or faulty item that was not damaged during shipment, please submit a support ticket immediately. Please note: Incorrect sizing or ordering errors do not qualify as damaged or faulty and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your item is damaged during shipment, we offer optional package protection through our partner Route® for a small additional fee. Route® protects your order against:

To be eligible for coverage, you must add Route® protection at checkout. Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages can be submitted directly through Route’s easy-to-use claims portal.

Important: If you decline Route® package protection, Sunset@Vine is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility. While optional, we highly recommend adding Route® to your order for peace of mind.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate information due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Sunset@Vine reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the misrepresented item(s), regardless of order confirmation or payment status.
All purchases made through Sunset@Vine are intended for personal use only. Reselling of our merchandise, whether through online marketplaces, retail storefronts, or other channels, is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear to be placed for the purpose of unauthorized resale or distribution.
Terms of Sale Scope
This Terms of Sale Agreement applies exclusively to purchases made through Sunset@Vine at https://stg.sunsetatvine.com. Products sold through our Sunset@Vine Express store, https://exp.sunsetatvine.com, are subject to a separate Terms of Sale policy specific to that platform.
Sunset@Vine offers only items eligible for Standard Shipping and should not be confused with our express shipping storefront, Sunset@Vine Express. Each store operates independently with distinct terms, policies, and product offerings.
